All Seeing Eye

At any given moment there may be thirty thousand or so Photons in the human eyeball. There are about 120 million rod cells in the eye, each capable of picking up a single photon. There are also six million cone cells that sense color in the eye. The cones require more photons to determine the wavelength of light.
