So who is the true hero of the Trump campaign? The media! They are throwing off their shackles of the last fifty years. No longer are they laying prostrate before their liberal establishment overlords. The media are the true revolutionaries climbing aboard the Trump Train. Sure it took dissatisfied voters to raise the alarm, however it is the media that gives the dissatisfied a voice, and a new course. So where is the Trump Train going? To a Greater America. ( Just a note, America is Great. The slogan to Make America Great Again is for the dissatisfied that do not think America is great ). So can you find a greater engineer in America? You can not. Proven and successful you can not find a greater leader. Nobody trusts politicians any more. The only way politicians create support is with a gravy train, and the gravy is running out. Sure, there are richer, more powerful, and more successful business men than Donald J Trump. However none have a greater stake on their good name. None.

Sure the crisis was caused by the failure of the subprime market. Or that is what they want you to believe? I’m slightly suspicious that the crisis was engineered to hand the presidency to Hillary. “It’s The Economy Stupid”. Speaking of the 1992 election, I do not think the economy is much different now than it was then.

I hate to say it. However, the largest refugee crisis since world war II is a result of the policies of the current administration. Not that going into Iraq by the previous administration was smart, I do believe Bush was snookered into invading by the Democrats. But pulling out was worse. Then the instability caused in half a dozen other countries by trying to befriend the Muslim Brotherhood just caused massive instability.

I think most people see it for what it is. Tired old political slogans of it’s Bush’s fault do not cut it. Hillary’s fingers are deeply in this mess. The solution will not be easy. Any body that wants to take on the job of cleaning up the mess has to be crazy.

Just a shout out to a well known WSJ troll. Time to raise your glass of vintage Bordeaux to your success in bringing all of Trump’s foibles to light. Most folks found nothing damming. Cheers.

Looking at the red/blue counties on the election night totals on TV, very obvious assumptions can be made with crime rates. It is a horrible thing to say. Personally I equate the problem with jobs, or the lack of jobs.

So I do not know what “Core Math” is. However I have seen it as the butt of a few jokes. So I will just toss out what I think the core of the country’s math problem is. Let’s just say we have one third of a billion people in this country. Additionally our national debt is twenty trillion dollars. Admittedly round numbers, but close. That comes out to a staggering sixty thousand dollars of debt per person. Compare that with the debt of other nations.

Watching the candidates verbally abuse each other silly is par for the course. Additionally there is a complete media subculture that piles into the verbal free for all. There is a segment of the population that really enjoys this stuff.

What I do not care for is piling of the verbiage  onto the supporters of the different candidates. We all have valid reason for our choices. We can even have discourse if our minds are open. However the media seems to be pulling out the stops when it comes to the supporters of a certain candidate.

Ok, I said it. Nobody else has yet. Really surprised it has not come up, so I will spill the beans. When Donald was first talking about his wall, he mentioned a Big Beautiful Gate. Since then there has been a national fixation on the wall, and no mention of the big gate.

Ellis Island was a gate, was that good or bad?

Good question. Have not heard it asked yet. In my non-expert opinion it would be a line on a form that states “I will not engage or support Islamic Terrorism, or any other forms of Terrorism. Furthermore I promise to aid and assist the U.S. government in preventing Terrorism.”

Of course I am no expert, and have no inside information. Additionally any verbiage would need to be vetted by many organizations. Not sure what others think, this is just what I think about one of the most contentious issues of the campaign.

Yesterday’s results were forgone in my opinion. However I did take a moment to reflect on the implications. It is absolutely the beginning of a new era, revolutionary in my lifetime. It’s a also a reminder that our heroes are imperfect people. They have always been.

Heroes are born of circumstances, they are normal people in extraordinary circumstances. Confronted with an extraordinary situation a hero responds with a just reaction. It seems so simple to them, they cannot imagine any other response. Then, every once and a while, you have an extraordinary person in an extraordinary situation.
